In reply to: [WooCommerce] When I duplicate a product, all the variations are gone.Hi there Chris,
Thanks for getting in touch about this! I’ve just tried this out on my staging site and the variations/attributes were copied as expected. That tells me there might be an issue going on with your setup.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Lost password issue – captcha messageHi there!
Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
Thank you!
I think it’s likely related to the issue described in the documentation of the plugin here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/#section-30 – in short, it says that Square does not support multiple attributes. Can you please read through that part of the documentation, and let us know if that answers your question?
Thanks in advance!
Hi there!
That could be due to not having the right permissions set in the Business Manager. We use the latest Facebook API which uses Business Manager to connect your WooCommerce store to your Facebook account.
In this case, having admin access to the page isn’t quite enough permission, as required by Business Manager. Are you also added as an admin to business manager and related assets?
This should be possible by having them add you into their business manager account via https://business.facebook.com/settings/people/ and assigning you all assets to manage. This should then allow you to run through the new connection process which will create a system user the plugin uses to manage the same assets too.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Google Pay Feature IssuesHi there!
The issue is that the payment processor (WooCommerce Square) is not allowing the order flow to go as it is supposed to so it’s preventing my questionnaires from showing up.
Can you explain what this means in a bit more detail? A list of steps would really be helpful, as would screenshots be. You can use http://www.snipboard.io to upload the image, then copy the link and paste it here.
Ideally, we would like to hear what information or detail you expect to appear where, and what you are getting instead.
Thanks in advance!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Variation break on my websiteHi again! At this point, a conflict test is a good next step. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce.
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Setup issue ” Catalog is not associated “Hi @vishvega – please open up a new topic so we can start the troubleshooting process with you!
Hi again,
Thanks for sending that over! It shows that the request to Square is actually successful, so that makes me wonder whether this is actually a conflict test. We’ve seen some cases where custom checkout fields were the underlying problem, I’d like to rule that out.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Set Specific Product Quantity Step OrderHey @slimmz, I’m not aware of a free solution. You can ask around in the Advanced WooCommerce Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce – there may be someone in there who knows of a way to do this for free!
