This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How add extra costIf you’d like to add recurring fees, I recommend looking at our Subscriptions plugin, in combination with the All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions extension.
If it’s a one time charge, have a look at Product Add-Ons.

Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Also, can you let me know why you’d have a quantity of zero set? I do think this is something we need to tets out a bit more on our end, I just want to make sure I understand the use case and other influences properly.

Currently, the Facebook for WooCommerce extension is not specifically set up for multi-lingual products. 1. Do you receive any money in your PayPal account, even though the order is not created on the WooCommerce side of things?
2. What happens when you temporarily deactivate Cloudflare?
