That depends a bit on what that edit looks like – do you want to add something, remove it completely?
I want to add some information under the Additional information area.
Depending on what you want to add, you can use a custom function to hook into woocommerce_product_additional_information or you can just copy and modify the single-product\tabs\additional-information.php template to your theme and add the content you want after the action.

I want to add some information under the Additional information area.
To add or edit the Additional information area just you need to go to the Product > Product Data > Attributes.
From there, you can remove any attributes that you would like to, or you can add Custom products attribute. Here is a screenshot:
