Hi again – that does sound like the language file is in the correct location. I’d recommend doing a conflict test next.
The best way to go about this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. That looks like a cURL error. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. That will allow us to figure out what kind of cURL setup you have.

It sounds like the language files might be missing. Is it just WooCommerce that is in English? Then you will want to download the language file for your local language here: https://snipboard.io/wsvq3J.jpg

The first thing we’d like to make sure of is seeing if this is a conflict. I understand that you don’t feel like this is related to custom code, but in order for us to pass this on to our development team, we do need to ask you to do a conflict test first.

I agree that it looks like a theme issue – have you tried switching to a different one to see if that makes a difference? You can use Health Check to easily switch back and forth without losing any of your settings.
