You might be able to do that with our Points & Rewards plugin. It allows you to offer points on certain products. If you bundle the ‘return’ product with your regular products, you can offer points that way. The points can then be redeemed for a discount on future products.

That sounds like you are running into a conflict.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. That sounds like a problem with Divi. I recommend setting up a staging site and see what happens when you use a different theme. Does the same problem happen when you activate Storefront?

‘Statistic’ might be a translation – do you mean ‘Analytics’? If you’re not seeing anything under that page, you might need to import historical data. Can you please go to Analytics → Settings, scroll down, and click ‘Start’ under the Import Historical Data header.

There are a number of things that could be happening when email isn’t sending out. I recommend having a good look through the Email FAQ page in our documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq. In my experience, installing and configuring an SMTP plugin solves most of email related issues.

Are you looking to edit an account that is on your own WooCommerce store? If so, you can edit accounts under WP Admin → Users.
If I misunderstood, please provide a little more detail on what you are referring to. Which database are you talking about?

You could achieve this with variable products (as each variable can have their own inventory level). But in order for the store owners to manage these levels, they would all need to have access to all products, and that could potentially lead to disaster.
I don’t have any personal experience with the platform, but Putler might have a solution that works for you.
