401 errors can have different causes, all of which are explained here: https://themeisle.com/blog/what-is-401-error-code
In your case, you may want to have a chat with your host to see if they’re blocking anything. Otherwise, I’d recommend doing a conflict test to see if one of your active plugins is getting in the way.

Sounds like you may have a problem with a firewall. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

What theme did you switch to in order to test things out, and did you deactivate all plugins, or just the ones that relate to WooCommerce?
Can you roll back a version of WooCommerce using WP Rollback and let me know if that helps anything? If it does, you may want to report the issue on the WooCommerce repo: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce

Doing this is like resetting the old pages that were assigned to these particular features, so yes! A reset is typically a good idea.
