In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pay for Order page: enable to edit order addressI want to re-send parcels, but it demands to pay for delivery again.
It sounds like you are using a shipping plugin to create labels, is that correct? I’d love to see which one. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Fatal errorThis kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Does not update orders with payment oxxo payHi there!
Sounds like you are using a third party payment gateway (one that wasn’t built by us). In that case, the best support can be found with the developers of the plugin. They’ll know exactly how to answer your question 🙂
An educated guess, however: it sounds like the payment processor has trouble communicating back to your website, and that requires further investigation. I’d try looking up the error log for the payment gateway.
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] I would need to be CC’d on every single outgoing emails sentHi there!
It may be that code on your website is conflicting with what you’re trying to add. Can you try adding this snippet with Code Snippets? That’s the highest chance that you don’t affect other code present on your site.
Another option would be to run a conflict test:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Variation Validation Not workingI’m not a developer, so I can’t offer much insight into what specifically needs to be adjusted for this to resolve – sorry!
If there are no other community members who can help with this, you can always get in touch with a developer here: https://woocommerce.com/customizations

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order lock issueTry deactivating WP Rocket for a bit. It’s a very aggressive caching service, and you may see improvements when it’s deactivated.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t edit product dataWhat browser are you using, and does the issue persist when you use a different one?
Also, please make sure all other plugins are deactivated. Even if you don’t think they’re relevant!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Variation Validation Not workingI’d certainly suspect the template edits are part of the problem, yes. Without seeing the code in these templates it’s an educated guess, but I’d look into the following ones:
– gree2018/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.5.5
– gree2018/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variation-add-to-cart-button.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0

Sounds like you are looking at a plugin conflict, as well as a configuration issue with Mollie. I recommend that you get in touch with Mollie directly for the payment issue you’re facing.

That sounds super frustrating. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
I suspect that there might be a plugin or theme conflict at hand here. To investigate whether that’s the case, you can follow the steps outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
