Hi,
Your site URL on our end is
http, however, it’shttpswhen visiting it.I’ve updated our end, it should work now.
Can you please check again?
Hi,
Thanks for your update.
My Jetpack version is 3.5.3, WordPress 4.1.22. It’s a free plan of Jetpack and, unfortunately, our NGO has no resources for more…
Will I be able to update my Jetpack to the current version?
Yes, that’s possible. You should consider updating WordPress to the latest version 4.9.4 as well.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Plugin Update Crashes SiteHi Gabriel,
Great to hear that it’s working now.
There are a number of reasons that an automatic update could fail. Jetpack is a large plugin, with many modules and language files. This can cause issues with some servers when using the automatic update.
If you have any other issue, please create a new topic

Hi,
I do not see the error you mentioned as well.
This is my test – https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/eFptNL/http://www.wifisifrekirici.com/
The screenshot your sent is too blurry, I can not see anything in specific.
Hi Janien,
I am not sure what the issue is.
I’ve tried to share the post via the Pinterest sharing button and it looks good.Screenshot: http://cld.wthms.co/oyW9mL
Can you please take some screenshots for us to show the issue? You can use these free apps:
* https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/
* https://monosnap.com/
* http://imgur.com/upload – you can upload your screenshots on this free serviceHi Janine,
I would like to remove the small Line/Divider before the sharing buttons.
You can use this custom CSS.
div.sharedaddy h3.sd-title:before { border-top: 0px solid #ddd; }Also, how do you change the title to a different Heading style?
Not sure what you want to change here. However, the heading of sharing buttons comes with the CSS class
sd-titleor more specificdiv.sharedaddy h3.sd-title.You can use this to customize as what you want.

To add the custom CSS code, please go to Customize -> Additional CSS

Hi,

I’d like to have more info and screenshots from your account and site to figure out what’s happening.
Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
Cheers,
Thanks Jan for jumping in 🙂
@newoabp: That’s true xmlrpc.php is required.
However, you can rest assured with Jetpack Protect feature that protects your site from the attacks to both xmlrpc.php and wp-login.php files.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Exclude Category not workingHi,
I can see that you’re taking the example from this post – https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/customize-related-posts/
I forced WP to reindex the site but still the same.
Can you please clarify what exactly you did “reindex”?
Could you please post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Photon QueryHi Mark,
Actually switching to the default theme in WordPress it’s the same … the background image is not picked up by Photon.
If so, I think it seems the image hotlinking protection service blocking Photon.
Can you check this point?
Can I ask … Is Photon supposed to pick up background images? i.e. one’s without any image attributes.
As far as I know, there is no similar issue like this. If you can show up a site having the issue, I’d like to check it.
On this page http://adaptable-demo.com/, there are two photos. Currently, you’re not enabling Photon, but they’re good as I see them via Photon:

Hi,
However, when you view the post feed on a mobile phone, the tiled mosaic from that post (about 10 posts down) goes off the side of the screen.
http://mountainwheelchair.com/official-build-log/I confirm that I can see the issue – http://cld.wthms.co/qWI9gs
Within the tiled mosaic, there is <div class=”gallery-group […]>
When I view the single post on a smaller screen the inline styling changes the width and height of the <div>.However, when viewed in the post feed, the inline styling no longer changes and the tiled mosaic extends beyond the edge of the screen.
I can see what you described here as well.
I tested the theme you’re using – Twenty Eleven – and see this issue in my tag page and it looks fine. http://cld.wthms.co/FISSDm
I checked your category page
http://mountainwheelchair.com/category/build-log/page/2/– similar to my tag page – and it’s fine as well
http://cld.wthms.co/h5vp6hHaving a closer look at
http://mountainwheelchair.com/official-build-log/, it seems that you’re using a custom page template “page-template-build-log” for this page.In my opinion, that’s the cause. However, since this is a custom theme and code, I can not debug it further.
I hope that my info here makes sense and help you to figure out the issue.
Cheers,
