Does it work if added as a shortcode without the popup?
PS – I don’t work for Forminator or WordPress.
Just offering advice.The Behaviour tab:
After Submission
Submission behavior configures what happens after the submission of the form. You have the option of, hiding the form, displaying a custom “Thank you message” or redirecting your users to a certain page – for example mydomain.com/thank-you.Thanks
Is there a way to not use a hidden field?
So could I use a Name/Text field that just pulls in the Page ID?And then I can use that for the visibility rules.
What do you get when you remove the Forminator Shortcode from the page?
Does the page open and is editable?I see what you mean on this page:
https://downtown-la-dentist.com/patient-forms/
Assuming you mean that page.On inspection there is no header/footer/body at all.
What do you see in WP-Admin for that Page when editing.
If you remove the Form does it generate the page?[I don’t work for WP or Forminator]
That is harsh and I would have hoped the IP single submission would have caught them. Sounds like someone is being sneaky at ruining your polls.
🙁
Used this:

Tested stage by stage to ensure emails came through. And then added Paypal field
And it worked including notifications to Admin and Payer.Used this:

Can you put a link and state where the contact form is because all of your pages and forms that I can see are working fine.

Do you mean the Contact Page?
It worked for me and I sent a test message to you.PS – the page took 5 second to open for me, and I’d recommend Smushing or using Image Optimiser to compress your images.
https://tools.pingdom.com/I hope this helps;
Say you got to a Webpage https://www.fake.com/Location1
The Page ID for this is 155
I have a form that has 10 Datepickers, because each DataPicker is unique per location (in terms of selectable days etc)
When the user goes to this page, the datepicker for this form has a rule = Only show when the Hidden Field = 155
And the Hidden Field was set up to be the Post/Page ID
But at the moment, when you go to the page, it shows all 10 datepickers and isn’t restricting itself to only show 1, because the other 9 pages have different Page IDs.
Checked with https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
And even followed https://kinsta.com/blog/free-smtp-server/But no emails are getting sent.
Were you using an alternate SMTP mailing provider?
For sure.
I’m lying in bed and reading up on further articles and solutions. Will go to my host tomorrow and ask them to support. I’m with SiteGround as host.I did too.
Stopped trying as it’s 11.20pm now but will try again maybe by using Amazon to become my SMTP host and then try through that.Quite frustrating 🙁
