Now that I am able to receive payments on our website, I really need this entire form to be emailed to the owner and accountant. I have added them to the recipients list on email notifications, but when a payment goes through, they do not receive any email. I would also like it if the customer could get a payment confirmation from this form as well if possible.

To clarify, I have set them as the “default recipients” and separated emails with a comma. I have no advanced settings or conditions applied.

    Thank you.

  • Ask them to check their SPAM/Junk Mailbox as it’s not uncommon for mail from WordPress to go there.

Add yourself as recipient too to test.

Imran, they did not receive the emails even in their spam/junk folder. I’m not sure what is going on here.

    Hmmm….
I don’t work for Forminator, but am doing my emails now as I type.

    I sure will, thank you!

Got your emails by the way.

The only thing I’ve done differently is add a space after the comma.

I tried it with and without the space, I guess I am out of luck!… I will try it again with my personal email I used to email you. Thank you very much for taking the time to help me though. I do really appreciate it!

    Don’t worry.
I’m testing with my personal emails too.

Often some email firewalls can be too strict with emails coming directly from websites.

One route I am trying is to set up a Trello board – free and dead easy to use, and then have all submissions go there so that the user can see bookings come in via email or via what flows into the Trello board.

I will take a look at that real quick

imran, do you think the issue could be that we need to configure an email from the host to actually send the email? I’m not sure how or where but thats just an idea im thinking

I’m about to do a test 10p transaction so will let you know.

    Right….

    5p Transaction done.

I received confirmation that I paid via paypal.
And received confirmation that I was paid via paypal.

But the emails I expected of:
    1) Notification to 2 recipients that a booking was made with details
    2) Notification that I have made a booking with details
    3) Seeing the results appear on Trello…

    None of them happened.
Quite odd. Not sure what’s missing?

    See this post.
I’m going to test with some plugins…

I tried using those plugins and I receive an error when I sent a test email; however, the error does not display what went wrong.. hmmm…

    I did too.
Stopped trying as it’s 11.20pm now but will try again maybe by using Amazon to become my SMTP host and then try through that.

    Quite frustrating πŸ™
