Now that I am able to receive payments on our website, I really need this entire form to be emailed to the owner and accountant. I have added them to the recipients list on email notifications, but when a payment goes through, they do not receive any email. I would also like it if the customer could get a payment confirmation from this form as well if possible.

To clarify, I have set them as the “default recipients” and separated emails with a comma. I have no advanced settings or conditions applied.

    Thank you.

Good luck buddy. Please email me or post back here if you figure something out and I’ll do the same. Take care.

    For sure.
I’m lying in bed and reading up on further articles and solutions. Will go to my host tomorrow and ask them to support. I’m with SiteGround as host.

    Hi @libertyems,

I gave a quick test on my test server and I could get emails once I submit the form with our without any payment gateways.

Maybe you could use a plugin like WP Mail Logging and check whether the emails are getting sent from the website or not?
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

The above-mentioned plugin should help in understanding whether the emails are actually getting sent or not and give a better idea regarding whether it’s related to Email host or an issue within the plugin side.

@flickimp If you still face issue regarding this and think it’s more related to the plugin side then would highly recommend opening new support thread with us in here so that it could be given a closer look.

Please do let us know how that goes. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Checked with https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
    And even followed https://kinsta.com/blog/free-smtp-server/

But no emails are getting sent.

Were you using an alternate SMTP mailing provider?

    Used this:
    https://kinsta.com/blog/free-smtp-server/

    Redid my Form from scratch.
Tested stage by stage to ensure emails came through.

    And then added Paypal field
And it worked including notifications to Admin and Payer.

    Hi @flickimp

    Hope you are doing well.

I’m happy to hear you were able to fix the issue configuring the SMTP back.

    @libertyems

Most of the time emails issues are related to the wp_mail() not working correctly.

A quick test that you can do is adding a new user on WordPress > Users > Add New, add any new subscriber and check the option to send to emails the credentials, then check the emails.

If the user receive it can indicate the wp_mail() is working as expected.

If so, there are some settings that you can check.

You can install an email log plugin to see if the emails will show on the logs:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards
