Hi, I am using forminator on my site. However when I attempt to add the shortcode to the pop-up that was created via elementor pro the form does not populate. Can you please explain why or point me in the right direction.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Does it work if added as a shortcode without the popup?

    Hi @joshomar,

Hope you are doing good today. 🙂

When I try to check the page link you have shared, I’m afraid I’m getting the following message:

This content is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:

Seems like the website is password-protected, so I couldn’t check how is the form is added.

Maybe to start with could you please check whether the form works fine in a default page?

If it works fine a default page and the issue is only specific within the popup, maybe you could check whether you have “Load form using AJAX” option enabled under Forminator > Form > Behaviour > Rendering.

If it’s enabled, please do check whether disabling “Load Form using AJAX” makes any difference or not.

If you still face issues even after that then I’ afraid we’ll need a link to the page where you have the form set up so that we could have a better idea.

Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

    Hello @joshomar

I am going to mark this thread as resolved as it’s inactive for some time now.
You can still post your feedback so we can carry on here.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
