Facebook TeamHi @mio31337,
Thanks for the feedback. You can further customize the plugin and set it to hide by default. More details can be found here (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin#customization) specifically on the greeting_dialog_display properties.

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Do NOT use thisHi @davidbk007,
Thanks for the feedback. The plugin can be removed by uninstalling the plugin. Some users have multiple installation code or did further customization by modifying the html/css files directly. In that case, they will need to directly remove that part from the html code.
If you have specific issues uninstalling, let us know in the forum (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-messenger-customer-chat/) and we’ll be happy to help.

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Duplicate messengersHi @steladraganova,
It looks like you might have installed the plugin twice (once via the WordPress plugin and the other one directly copy pasting the setup code from FB page settings). We recommend that you remove one of the setup code and that should resolve your issue.

Facebook TeamHi @trwiegand,
Based on our check, it seems like you no longer have the plugin installed on your website. You can re-enable it by reinstalling the plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-messenger-customer-chat/) and go through the setup flow. Let us know if you have issues along the way and we’ll be happy to help.

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Duplicate messengersHi @chuvincelouie,
Can confirm I was able to navigate your site without any difficulty. There do not seem to be any side-effects from the installation of the plugin.
Marking this as resolved for now, but @cartseg if you’re still experiencing the issue, please follow up with a link to your website, so we can take a look.
Thanks,
Tim

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Duplicate messengersHi @steladraganova,
Could you provide us with your website URL so we can take a look? Duplicates are usually caused by double installation (adding the setup codes twice) or conflicting plugins.

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Disable Auto OpenHi Jake,
It looks like you’ve solved this, as it seems to be working fine. Can confirm chat loads minimised, and opens when clicked 👍🏻
All the best,
Tim
Hi @jundinoy,
Thanks for the feedback. Currently the setup tool is only supported on desktop.

Facebook TeamHi @us395,
Thanks for the question. When we check your website, it looks like you no longer has the plugin installed? Or did you recently install any new plugins on your site? We do receive reports in the past that some plugins might be conflicting with the Chat plugin and causing it not to render properly.

Facebook TeamHi @gordpg,
When we checked your website, the plugin seem to be rendering properly https://prnt.sc/uh4csh
Could you let us know if the issue is happening on specific browser for you?Hi @elemeledutki,
Thanks for the question. Sometimes the issue can be caused by the plugin conflicting with other plugins you have that overrides the js/css part of the FB chat plugin. Another common reason is if there’s any page country restrictions set on your Facebook Page (Facebook Page –> Settings –> General –> Country Restrictions). If you set country restrictions, then it might not show up for logged out user/user in incognito.
