If the product is out of stock in your Catalog on Commerce Manager, it should not be shown in your Dynamic Ads. If they are still appearing on your ads, you should raise a ticket with Meta Direct Support. Here is how: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/182669425521252

This issue has been fixed in version 3.0.11. The query string?ob=open-bridge/eventswill only be appended on the main domain, so only one link on your website will have that suffix. This should fix the issue of google seeing it as a new URL on every page.Forum: Plugins
