Hi @henkisdabro,
I’ve had a look at the website you shared, and I can’t see the Chat plugin installed on there. Is that the correct link?

Hi all – @sbwd, @ffh4500, @xuanvinhtd, @usmanmughal1226, @karoleq, @kalamun , @kongurufr, @jasmy, @tzurko,
This is now fixed. Please reload the page and clear your cache if you’re still seeing the problem. No update to the plugin is required. This was an issue with the markup being rendered for the Chat plugin unit itself, which we have no corrected.
Thanks very much for flagging, and sorry for the inconvenience caused,

Hi all – thanks for reporting this issue. I can reproduce it on the pages you’ve shared.
Can I just confirm what version of the plugin you are using here?
Thanks,

Thanks for the review. Were there any specific aspects of the plugin that you were thinking could be improved?

Hi @khanalrahul,
Sorry to hear you’re encountering this issue. Can you explain in more detail which step of the process this happens on?
Thank you,

It looks like the current behaviour is that users not logged into Facebook will see the message rendered in English (the fall-back default). We’re now looking into addressing this, and I’ll post any updates here.

I’ve had a look at your site on web (laptop), and the greeting message is displaying in Thai for me. Are you sure you’re logged into Facebook on that laptop?
Thanks,

Hi @mohsend1441,
It seems you may have implemented custom CSS rules and applied them to the plugin (as the plugin is sitting on the left side of the page). Can I ask you to try removing those rules, and seeing if the plugin works correctly?
Thanks,
Facebook Team
Hi @bastianoro,
Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t offer this kind of customisation at present. You would need to set your own CSS rules to reposition the widget.
Hope this helps,

Hi @mrrivest,
Just to confirm – you definitely hold an administrator role on this Page, correct?

Here’s the developer documentation for the Chat plugin, if you do decide to go this route: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin/ – however this would be a direct code install, rather than using the WP plugin, as and such, would be out of scope for support on this forum.
Thanks,

Hi @drakas,
Unfortunately customisation for positioning is not available at this time, but may become an option in the future. For now you can try positioning it using custom CSS rules.

Hi @brian8065,
Currently the WordPress Chat plugin only connects to a single FB Page, which is selected during the setup process. If your intention was to connect to connect the chat plugin to multiple different FB Pages across different pages on a single WordPress installation, you’d need to add and configure the Chat plugin code to each page manually, rather than use the WP plugin.
Hope this helps,
