I’ve had a look at your page, but can’t see the Chat plugin code anywhere on it. Have you deactivated the plugin?

It may be that you’ve disabled messaging for your Page. I would recommend checking your Page’s settings to see the status and setup for messaging for that Page.

In order for this to be available, you will need to have an admin role on one or more Facebook Pages. In order to be available for selection, a Page should be:
– published
– have no restrictions set up (by age, or location)Hope this helps,

To be honest, that sounds like something specific to the customer’s own internet connection. If they’re having difficulty connecting to the internet, then they will not receive any messages until they’ve resolved that on their side.
I’ve had a look at your website and I don’t see any issues with your installation of the plugin.
