    Hello, can anyone answer this question? The message sent by the customer can be seen in the background of my facebook. The message I sent from facebook cannot be seen by the customer. Then the chat interface of my website shows that there is no network connection.

    Hi @dp201819,

    To be honest, that sounds like something specific to the customer’s own internet connection. If they’re having difficulty connecting to the internet, then they will not receive any messages until they’ve resolved that on their side.

    I’ve had a look at your website and I don’t see any issues with your installation of the plugin.
