Hi @adeelshah,
Would you be able to share a link to your site where you’re having this issue?
Thanks,

Hi @ella5588,
Sorry to hear you’re encountering an issue. Would you be able to share a URL of the site where you’re experiencing this problem? Also, could you provide more details on what you mean by “can’t attach”? What happens when you try to attach and send a file in your conversation?
Thanks,
Facebook Team
Hi @yourfluf,
I’ve checked out your site on desktop (Chrome and Safari), and mobile (iOS Safari, and Android Chrome), and the chat plugin appears to be loading correctly on all of them?
I’m going to assume you’ve solved your problem, and I’ll mark this as resolved, but let us know if you’re still seeing any issues.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meta pixel for WordPress] Conversion APIHello,
You also need to paste the pixel id and check the “Use Conversions API?” box in the plugin settings. To verify, use Events Manager, click in the overview tab, select one event name and hover into chart, you should see the amount of Browser events and Server events.
Hi all,
This was a bug which has now been resolved. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.
All the best,

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] need more featuresHi @erraoudy,
Thanks for your feedback. At present, the Official Facebook Chat Plugin offers a fast and simple way to get the plugin installed on your WordPress site. For the ability to customise to a greater degree, you can try generating and installing the Chat Plugin code directly: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin/
I’m not sure what you mean by “shortcode for this chat”? Perhaps you can elaborate?
Thanks,

Hi @dallasprice,
This doesn’t sound normal. Would you be able to share a link to the site where you’re experiencing these issues?
Thanks,

Just a quick note to let you know that the shorter text will eventually become standard. We are gradually rolling this out to improve the experience for users connecting with businesses, while transparently communicating our data policy.
Once again, thanks for raising!

Hi @scmurphy18,
Unfortunately, not that I know of.
Bear in mind this group is for questions/support for the WordPress Chat plugin specifically, and questions about Facebook’s native messaging features may be better directed to groups/channels specifically dealing with those products.
Thanks,
Facebook Team
Are you able to provide a link where the plugin is installed, so we can take a look?
Thanks,

Hi @dallasprice,
I’ve had a look at the website you shared, and I can’t see the Chat plugin installed on there. Is that the correct link?

Hi @cannabiswindsor,
It looks like your Facebook Page is unpublished, or geo-restricted, and so cannot be displayed via the plugin.
Hope this helps,

This should now be fixed. The selected language should now show in logged-out mode as well.
All the best,

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] works on other sites? The Official Facebook Chat Plugin for WordPress is designed for WordPress only. As @dallasprice said, however, the raw Chat plugin code can theoretically be deployed onto any website: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin/
Hope this helps,
