    Hi @ella5588,

    Sorry to hear you’re encountering an issue. Would you be able to share a URL of the site where you’re experiencing this problem? Also, could you provide more details on what you mean by “can’t attach”? What happens when you try to attach and send a file in your conversation?

    Thanks very much for reporting. This is indeed a bug and we are working on addressing it. I will update you as soon as we have a resolution.

    Hi all,

    This has now been fixed. You should be able to send attachments now without difficulty. Please bear in mind that Pages and users classified as being within the EEA are currently restricted from sending attachments (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/europe-updates).
