In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] Satisfied with the pluginHi there @paznicul,

Hi there @webdipierroestudio,
Thanks for reaching out! If you’re sure the connection details are correct, check with your web host. They may be blocking SMTP connections. If that’s the case, they would need to make an exception for your connection. If they are not willing to make an exception (some will not), you could try using a different mailer service, such as SendLayer or Brevo.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] Works wellHi there @shoheitanaka,
You’re very welcome! Glad to hear our plugin has been working well for you. We hope it continues to do so for years to come.

Hi there @mehrdadmraad,
Google will send emails based on the account that the API is setup for. You can send from other addresses as long as they have permission to send.
Check out this page on the Google website. It provides information on how to send from a different email address:
https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22370?hl=en
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi @franknicklin!
Glad to hear you got that sorted out. Thanks for taking a moment to let us know.
Have a great day! 🙂
Hi there @navyblur,
Thanks for reaching out!
We send a Weekly Summary email to let you know how your emails are performing. It includes a total of all emails sent by your site, which could include notifications from other plugins. For instance, if Wordfence or WooCommerce send an email, those would be counted as well.
Regarding the form email, you may need to check the settings for your Kadence form if you’re sending to multiple email addresses:
https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/form-block/#email-settings
Additionally, you can check the debug log in WP Mail SMTP to make sure there are no errors during sending. Check out this guide on our site. It walks through our Debug feature. Using the Debug system in WP Mail SMTP, you’re able to check the logs of failed emails and any available error messages: https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-debug-email-sending-issues-in-wp-mail-smtp/
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @umberto69,
Thanks for reaching out! Check your WPForms Notifications panel. You may have the Reply-To option set.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi @franknicklin,
Thanks for the feedback. I’ve passed it along to our team to consider.
Have a great day!
Hi there @flatword,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m checking in with our team about why the count may be off, but it may have to do with the Weekly Summary and when it gets counted into the total.
I’ll let you know what I find! Thanks!
Hi there @webdipierroestudio,
Based on the error message, Google is reporting back an issue with the login credentials. When connecting to Gmail via an SMTP connection, Google requires you to use a special password called an app password.
Check out this guide on our site. It walks through connecting to Gmail:
https://easywpsmtp.com/docs/setting-up-the-other-smtp-mailer/#gmail-smtp-settings
And this section provides information on how to set up an App Password:
https://easywpsmtp.com/docs/setting-up-the-other-smtp-mailer/#google-workspace
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Hi there @jerry0000,
Your scan is referring to a file from our Amazon SES integration, which is part of our Pro version. If you have an active Pro license, please contact our dedicated support through this channel.
Thanks!
Hi there @gatehealing,
Thanks for reaching out! Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your side with regard to the differences? I just went through the guide to double check it and all of the options were listed for me, including Web Application in the Application Type dropdown. I wonder if maybe something was set incorrectly, or if there may be a difference in your Google account.
I hope that helps! Thanks!
