Hi there @umberto69,
Thanks for reaching out! Check your WPForms Notifications panel. You may have the Reply-To option set.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Hi @dpinson ,
I can’t find the notifications section, maybe it’s only in the pro version?
If not, could you tell me where I find these settings?
Regards

Hi there @umberto69,
I’m sorry about the delay. You can find the notifications panel for WPForms in your form settings. Check out this guide on the WPForms site. It should help you out:
https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Hi,
it is not a WPForms form, but it is a form created with another plugin.
Maybe I explained myself wrong. I would like to know, if the “Reply to” is set by WP mail SMTP. I checked everything else and I don’t understand what generates this “Reply to”
Regards

Hi there @umberto69,
WP Mail SMTP does not set the reply-to address. Typically that’s done by the form creating the email.
That said, a reply-to can also be created using custom code. For instance, we have a guide that shows how to add a custom reply-to: https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/setting-a-custom-reply-to-email/
It’s possible that either another plugin is creating the reply-to, your form plugin is creating it, or custom code is doing it.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
