In reply to: [One Click Demo Import] Child theme with custom styles and scriptsHi there @quantum_leap,
Thanks for reaching out! I could be misunderstanding, but it sounds like you might be asking if One Click Demo Import is capable of making a child theme. If so, please know that our plugin does not create child themes. It is used to import demo data.
If you’re looking to create a child theme to use with One Click Demo Import, you’ll first need to make the child theme. In case you need help with that, check out this post on WPBeginner’s website. It provides information on the process for creating a child theme:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-create-a-wordpress-child-theme-video/
When importing demo content, you’ll first need to install and activate the Parent theme and Child theme. After that, you can run the demo import.
I hope that helps! If I’ve misunderstood, just let me know.
Have a great day!

In reply to: [One Click Demo Import] Error (0)Hi there @alaminmollik,
I’m going to check in with our development team about this. In the meantime, try disabling your other plugins before importing data. This way, we can rule out any additional plugin conflicts.
I’ll let you know what I hear back from our development team, but in the meantime, if you have any questions or if disabling your other plugins works, just let us know!
Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] Helps keep my sanityHey @mikelopez,
Thanks for dropping in to leave a rating and a review! We’re glad our plugin was able to help you find the problem area. If your mail server is the same as your hosting server, you might want to try using a plugin like Easy WP SMTP or WP Mail SMTP to offload email sending to a mailer service. For instance, both of those plugins have integrations available for SendLayer, Brevo, SMTP.com and more. That would help get you around the issue you’re running into.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a rating and a review. We certainly appreciate it!
Have a great day!
Hi there @umberto69,
WP Mail SMTP does not set the reply-to address. Typically that’s done by the form creating the email.
That said, a reply-to can also be created using custom code. For instance, we have a guide that shows how to add a custom reply-to: https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/setting-a-custom-reply-to-email/
It’s possible that either another plugin is creating the reply-to, your form plugin is creating it, or custom code is doing it.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Hi there @umberto69,
I’m sorry about the delay. You can find the notifications panel for WPForms in your form settings. Check out this guide on the WPForms site. It should help you out:
https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
Hi there @dprice5762,
Thanks for reaching out.
When you try to send an email To the admin@ address, does it arrive in any of your inboxes?
If not, which mailer are you using with WP Mail SMTP? You may need to check with the mailer to see if they are suppressing the email address. Some mailers, such as SendLayer and Brevo, will provide a log of emails sent. You can use the log to check to see if those emails have successfully been sent from their servers or if they failed for some reason.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Hi there @wdtdeveloper,
Thanks for reaching out! I do apologize for the delay. We recommend using the after import hook to make any needed code changes:
https://ocdi.com/advanced-integration-guide/#after-import-custom-code-execution
Regarding importing Elementor data, you would need to reach out to Elementor support for assistance on how best to handle it.
I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Hi there @imagedungagnant,
Thanks for stopping by to leave a rating and a review! We’re glad to hear our plugin is working out well for you, and it’s been easy to use.
While we don’t have a lifetime license, we do occasionally run sales on our Pro version. That said, I’ll pass the feedback along to our team.
Thanks, and have a great day! 🙂
Hi there @cufcmark59,
Thanks for reaching out and I do apologize for the delay. It sounds like there was a change, but not within WP Mail SMTP. Your mail host may have changed their configuration to only allow the From address to be one hosted on their server.
You could try switching mailers. For instance, Brevo allows you to send emails from any address and has a free tie available, which is very popular.
Check out this guide in our documentation. It walks through setting up a connection to Brevo, and includes screenshots of each step in the process: https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-sendinblue-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/
I hope that helps! Have a great day!
