I’ve checked your booking form URL and it seems that it working fine.

It may happened due to browser caching. I would recommend you Kindly check once in the private/incognito browser and also try checking by clearing your website cache once.

With the BookingPress, services are always required and it’s not possible to book an appointment without selecting the service. Also, the service will be displayed at the first and you can sort the service from the BookingPress > Services page by dragging and re-ordering them.

It’s important to note that if a customer doesn’t register on your website, it’s not possible to manage them using unique identifiers such as email. This is because guest customers are not uniquely identifiable and are essentially anonymous. As a result, their information cannot be tracked or managed in the same way as registered customers.

I am providing you with a custom CSS code that will help you to hide the Preloader. but please note that the provided CSS only works on the front end not apply on the backend side of the BookingPress.

.bpa-frontend-main-container .bpa-front-loader { background: none; }

Copy and paste the above code to the Custom CSS textarea in the BookingPress > Customize > upper belt ( Actions ) CSS > add this code and save the changes. Also, if you’re using any caching plugin then please clear the cache after adding the Custom CSS and then check again.
