It seems that you are using the ARMember pro plugin so, please note that this is the support forum for the ARMember Lite plugin only so I am unable to assist you with the pro plugin due to forum limitations.

If there is any concern related to the feature that not working, there is a forum thread available and that should be used for it.
Also, the core team generated the issue and this is resolved in ARMember Lite version 4.0.17 so, kindly update the ARMember Lite and after that check again.

To translate the form field label, ARMember Lite does provide a facility to translate/change label text from ARMember Lite -> Manage Forms -> Add/Edit Login page click on field’s setting option and change the label according to your requirements.

I have checked the provided example CSV data and found that you have set the wrong column name “Email” so, kindly use the “email” column name. Also, you can add member data to ARMember Sample CSV so it won’t cause any confusion. You can get the sample CSV from ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Import/Export page in the “Import User” section.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you but please note that, as you have stated only the “Payment Method” is required for the Setup Wizard which will be useful for admin to configure the ARMember plugin properly.
Even after that, if you don’t want to enable the payment gateway then, you can also Skip the Setup Wizard (As you have mentioned in your second reply). So, ARMember does not keep compulsory to follow Setup Wizard.

It seems that the newly added service is not visible on the booking form. This might be because you’re using the BookingPress category shortcode, but the added service belongs to a different category. Therefore, it is not being displayed on the booking form. If you want to display the service on the booking form then please update your BookingPress shortcode.
Additionally, I noticed that you’re currently using an outdated version of BookingPress. I strongly suggest updating BookingPress to the latest version, which is “1.0.74”.

Sorry for the delay in reply. I have checked the case at our local server with both cases and the referrer page is working fine.
So, kindly check again with the private browser and after clearing the website cache if you are using any caching plugins. If still issue persists then, please provide more information on how to regenerate the issue so I can check and assist you further.
