I have checked accordingly and this issue is already fixed in the ARMember Lite (5.4) So, if you are using an older version of ARMember Lite then kindly update to latest version(v5.4) then check again and it should work fine.

1. Regarding the ARMember Lite not available at wordpress.org, please do not worry about the plugin as there is nothing wrong with the plugin. There is some issue with the profile. As soon it get resolved, it will be up again.
2. Regarding the transfer, as you are using the ARMember Pro. This forum is only for ARMember Lite users and due to forum limitation we cannot assist you for the ARMember Pro therefore kindly open a support ticket and our technical staff will assist you further.

When any file or image is being uploaded, ARMember checks the file source many times. The file or image source contains some PHP Script that allows the malware to enter and change things on the customer’s website. Therefore, to prevent this and to ensure ARMember that the customer site remains secure.
Kindly check the image source once and check whether any PHP, Script, or iframe is added to it, if yes, then that file contains malicious code.Also, try to upload a different image, which will upload properly if there is no malicious source found.
Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.

I understand your concern and please note that, ARMember Lite version check the file content for the security reason. ARMember checks the php, script and iframe are not added in the file content so kindly search those text in the file source and after that, you come to know that why that particular file is not being uploaded.

Thanks for the update!
As you are using an external SMTP plugin in order to send the emails therefore at the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Email Settings, here select the ‘WordPress Server’ and then the mail will be carried through the SMTP plugin.
Also I suggest you to check out the logs from that plugin as sometimes the mail is triggered from the ARMember successfully but is not carried through the plugin so kindly check the logs there as well.

I’ve checked the screenshot, and noticed that when the form is submitted without filling the data at that time all the fields are validated properly, however when you click outside the field at that time the first field gets focused and therefore the validation is removed.

We’ve thoroughly gone through your query and our team has checked at our local environment, and there is no such issue found. However there are few steps I would like to suggest you in order to make sure that your connection is properly setup.
1. Firstly, in ARMember Lite we do offer debug logs for the email through which you can check whether the emails are being sent out or not. In order to enable this navigate to the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Debug Log Settings page and here ‘Enable Email Debug Logs’ and save the changes.
Now, register through a test user and then at the forget password form request for a reset password link and check whether the mail comes up or not at the debug logs.
2. Secondly, kindly confirm that are you using the latest version of the ARMember Lite, if not then we suggest you to update to the ARMember Lite’s latest version(v4.0.67) from your outdated version and then check.
3. If the above steps are followed and still the email does not show up then there are chances that your email is in queue so its better to check once with the hosting provider and ask them to check the email queue.
