Hello,
It’s because you have not enabled the “Create WordPress user upon appointment booking” switch in the BookingPress > Settings > General settings. All the users will be not registered as as WordPress users and they are just guests.
However, if you enable the switch, the customer will be created on your website the first time they create an appointment. This means that if a customer creates an appointment with the same email ID in the future, a new customer will not be created.

I’ve tried to replicate the issue on our local server but didn’t face such a problem. It might be possible that some other plugins you’re using ( maybe caching ) causing conflict.
I would recommend you please temporarily deactivate other plugins one by one and then check for the outcome and let me know if it makes any difference.

I have checked the issue at our development server but the issue was not generated.
That might happen due to notices/warnings generated due to another plugin. So, kindly check the error log and if there is any error found then, please contact the respective plugin author. it may cause an issue due to that.

Apologies for the delayed response.
In the event of a failed payment for a member’s membership plan, their membership plan’s access will be temporarily restricted, rendering them unable to access the permitted membership content.
However, if the payment gateway retries and the payment is successful within a few days, the membership plan will be reinstated. Consequently, removing the membership plan is not feasible.

If a member wishes to switch from automatic payment to a manual (semi-automatic) payment method, they must first cancel their membership plan and then repurchase it using the manual payment method.

Yes, but you can hide the username field from the BookingPress > Customize dropdown > Field Settings > click on the username field settings > enable the “Hide field on frontend” switch and save the changes.

It might happen due to the “Security” plugin. If you are using any security plugin, it may block the save request. So, I recommend you please check your security plugin settings once and try to deactivate it temporarily, and check again.

Currently, it’s not possible to remove the required validation for a username. However, if you hide the username field on the booking form then you can hide the username field from the BookingPress > Customize > Custom Field page > set username field visibility as “hidden” and save the changes.
