Error Message Not Hiding Even After Inputting

    Hi,
    I have phone field and 2 custom drop down fields all 3 are required.
    If I try to go to next step then it shows error message to fill these required fields that’s fine but once I input text and select options then this error in red still shows and not disappearing.
    Looks like js or ajax issue.
    Is it any known bug of plugin or only happening to my site.

    The form is enable when clicking on appointment button at top right side at my website.
