Hey @nmanikrishnan
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue. Can you please try pausing Cloudflare as described here?

After you’ve paused it, try again to see if the issue persists.
Hi @ecommonist
Could you upgrade your Jetpack plugin to the latest version and check if the error is still occurring, please?
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the suggestions.
Right now, it is not possible to create multiple Facebook connections since the plugin is pretty new, but our developers are working on better features in the future.
You can send your suggestions in our GH feature request.

Could you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:
1. Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
2. Scroll down to find the _Connections_ area.
3. Click _Manage site connection_.
4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. Click the **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again. This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:
Then, contact us back to review your connection.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Images not showing in safariHi @lewiscowles
You’ve reached support for the Jetpack plugin. Your issue, at least as you have described it, doesn’t seem to be related to Jetpack, but I can still point you in the right direction. π
The best place to find general WordPress help is through the forums at WordPress.org. You’ll need to register a username and password to post there:
This guide may also be helpful when posting in the forums:

Let me know if there’s anything Jetpack-related that I can help with. π
When loading https://technspice.com/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack I have this error:
<script>window.location.replace(“supressed”);window.location.href = “supressed”;</script>XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
That means the file was modified.
I recommend you replace the current xmlrpc.php file with a cleaning one manually via FTP and test your connection again.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hey @moreaujuli1
You shared a link where the permalink is set to show the date at the URL but looks like the site’s permalinks are set to be the title slug only.
Could you check the permalinks and your image settings and see if everything is set correctly, please?
You can check more about Permalinks here:

Let me know if you have any questions.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] WoocommerceRegarding your questions:
Do I need a WordPress.com account for myself that I can use as Web Developer (for several clients if I want to link more than 1 client like this?) , OR do I need to create it for the client email address ? Does it matter ?
You can have a developer account with multiple sites activated under it, but if you are working for a client, the best process is log in with their own account, because billing should be addressed under their account.
So by the sounds of it, even if the WordPress is hosted elsewhere, we just create a WordPress.com account which is communicating between Jetpack and WordPress directly.
Yes, exactly. You can create your WordPress.com account here:
* https://wordpress.com/start/jetpack/
Does the Woocommerce App also allow me to edit/add products AND edit other pages within WordPress OR it’s just for Woocommerce products etc ?
No, WooCommerce App allows you to administrate the store only, for site posts and pages and general management, you need the WordPress app.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hey
I’m marking this as resolved since it’s not a Jetpack issue.
If you still need help with this, please feel free to mark it ‘not resolved’ again.
Thanks
Hi @boozesounds
I checked your homepage code and there are no entries for CSS that the Jetpack Boost could optimize.
Note that the AMP Service you are using is showing an error because it is not set to the correct domain.
[amp-install-serviceworker] Did not install ServiceWorker because it does not match the current origin: https://boozesounds.com/wp.serviceworkerYou can deactivate the Optimize CSS function to avoid the error.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
