Hi @anglersreel
Could you share a screenshot with the error or the page URLs where it is occurring, please?
I navigated on your site, and all the images are showing at the right places on my end.
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this email. It works with Chrome and Firefox.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] CDN Image not loadHi @davewsovn
The CDN needs the images set correctly on your Media Library. If you remove them from the library, the error
We cannot complete this request, remote data could not be fetchedwill occur. At least, as you have described it, your issue doesn’t seem to be related to Jetpack CDN, but it looks like WordPress cannot gather the images from the Media Library folders right now.
The best place to find general WordPress help is through the forums at WordPress.org. You’ll need to register a username and password to post there:

Hi @al3ilm
The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do that by following these steps:
**Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack, and [clear your browser’s cache](https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#browser-cache).**
– Then, check if the error occurs again. If not, then you know another plugin is conflicting here. You can reactivate plugins one by one, checking if the error occurs after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin for help resolving the issue it’s causing.
If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, it may be your theme.
**Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme like [Twenty Twenty-One](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwentyone/).**
– Then, check if the error occurs again. If not, then you know it’s a problem with the theme.
You can contact whoever makes the theme for help resolving the issue it’s causing.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @aladm1
Your error is not related to the Jetpack, but plugin google-listings-and-ads.
The plugin is causing a crash on Jetpack, crashing your site.
I recommend you contact your hosting support and ask them to remove the folder google-listings-and-ads inside your /plugins/ folder.
This way, you will be able to check your site again and reinstall the plugin after everything is connected and working.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Tiled gallery image sizesHi @reikob
If a Tiled Gallery type is chosen, Jetpack automatically calculates the number of columns for it based on the theme’s content width and on the number and size of images in the gallery.
If more portrait-oriented images are in the gallery, more columns would be than landscape pictures since portrait-oriented photos are narrower.
You can define a specific
$content_widthvalue by adding the following code to your theme’s functions.php file:if ( ! isset( $content_width ) ) $content_width = XXX;…where XXX is the desired width of the gallery.
This plugin also allows the user to change the width of their tiled galleries if they don’t want to mess with code.
Read more on this here.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Michelle

Hi @pixel8383
I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider and asking them to check their security logs for any blocked requests to the xmlrpc.php file on your site, using the
Jetpack by WordPress.comuser agent. You can also ask them to allow our IP addresses listed here:
* **https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/**
Please note that these IP addresses could change (or more could be added) at any time, which could break your connection to Jetpack. For this reason, we discourage allowing specific IPs, although it may be the only option with some hosts.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
