Can you please confirm if that is the Elementor plugin that you are using: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/ ? If that is the plugin you are using, we will install it on our test website and check for compatibility problems.

It happened because your website changed URL from http://www.orem.com.mx to orem.com.mx. We’ve just updated it in the system as a change of website URL. Now, all verified copies of your reviews are in one place here:

If you like, you can change the page slug from ‘oremmx’ to something else from the plugin’s settings on your website.

We release a new version of the plugin after adding new features or fixing bugs. There is no predefined update interval. It is recommended to enable automatic updates of the plugin in WordPress settings. Then, you won’t need do any manual steps for installation of updates.

I checked the page again but see that you did NOT disable CSS minification and caching. Most of CSS comes from this file: https://pasalochancho.cl/wp-content/cache/fvm/min/1660323121-css064526858e30c913756dfb0f6fa045ccff3508f044b366e9cb303159a6dad.css instead of CSS files provided with the plugin. Can you please disable CSS minification and caching? Otherwise, it is difficult to understand which file CSS rules are coming from.

Do you mean the “Recent Reviews” widget in the footer? It doesn’t looks like it comes from our plugin. You can confirm it by deactivating our plugin and checking if the widget will continue to display.

Please check it with your hosting support – they should know better what kind of security settings are available on their server and how they affect REST API in WordPress.

Yes, it is possible to test the communication between CusRev and your website. Please create a test order in WooCommerce, send a review reminder for that order, and then leave a review.
