error 403 with quic restriction ??

    hello i have customer has problem to leave reviews due 403 error page

    do you think related with thiese securities by quic ?
    see screenshot

    now i removed them..
    is it possible to test leaving a review or something to know if comunication is right
    between cusrev and my server?

    Sorry, I cannot see any screenshot that you mentioned. Can you please check if you forgot to attach it?

    Yes, it is possible to test the communication between CusRev and your website. Please create a test order in WooCommerce, send a review reminder for that order, and then leave a review.

    i put the link to screenshot…
    i mean see the options for security
    i have deactivate them and now seems working the communication between the plugin and my site..
    i use your plugin since some years..
    but now i had these troubles
    do you think to leave these security options deactivated?
    or can i activate some?
    what can cause the issue with cusrev when customer give review and take error 403?

    If you have any security settings related to REST API, they will block posting of reviews to your website. Please check it with your hosting support – they should know better what kind of security settings are available on their server and how they affect REST API in WordPress.
