1. We recommend using the official WordPress translation system. Since the string is available in the official translation repository, you should be able to translate it with Loco Translate as well. You might want to contact Loco Translate support if this is not the case.

2. No, unfortunately, it is not possible to hide the name selection element from the reviews forms.

We do NOT send anything to your customers. If I understood you correctly, your complain is about ‘Product Recommendations’ on review forms hosted by CusRev.com. We will show relevant products and reviews from your store as recommendations to customers who bought something at another store. In exchange, product recommendations from other stores will be displayed on review forms created for your store. Please read about this feature of CusRev service here: Product Recommendations on Review Forms.

This feature is DISABLED by default. You have to explicitly enable collection of reviews via CusRev.com in the plugin’s settings to start using it. If you’d rather exclude your store from the ‘Product Recommendations’, please switch off verification of reviews and use review forms hosted locally on your server.

We support the Free version of our plugin only on the official WordPress support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/customer-reviews-woocommerce/. I checked and see that you have not even tried to contact us before writing this misleading review 🙁

The error is due to an old PHP version on your server. Please check WordPress requirements here and ask your hosting provider to update PHP version: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Our plugin doesn’t show the reviews amounts next to product titles. It is a standard WooCommerce feature. You can confirm it by deactivating our plugin.

Based on your description, the problem is due to a lack of compatibility between WPML and WooCommerce. WPML team should help you with this issue instead of sending you to somebody else 🙂
