We have installed WOOCS plugin and set prices in different currencies as you explained. However, {list_products} variable showed the correct amounts and currencies in our tests, so unfortunately, we could not reproduce the issue that you reported.

If review reminder emails appear in the sent email log but you do not receive them, it means that it is a deliverability problem of your self-managed mail server setup. Here are next steps that you can potentially take:
1. Contact support of your mail server or SMTP plugin that you are using and ask them to help you resolve the deliverability problem.
or
2. Create a brand new gmail address and test sending a review reminder to that address.
or
3. Use ‘CusRev’ mailer for sending emails – it is pre-configured to use DKIM, SPF, and DMARC to ensure excellent email deliverability.
It is great that you are using an SMTP plugin. Can you please share screenshots of its logs?

It is difficult to say why the review reminder email is not sent from one of your sites. Since you are using a WordPress mailer for sending emails, we have no control over how emails are sent.
Please try installing a plugin like WP Mail SMTP. It has a feature to keep log of all emails sent by WordPress mailer. Please check the log and see if there is anything there after you send the test emails for review reminder or review discount.
We haven’t heard from you for more than a week. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.

This issue has been addressed in the last updates of the plugin. Please install the latest version and let us know if you are still having any issues with the checkbox.
