If you re-install plugin, it’s not loose your current vouchers. To more safety, you should back-up the database

If possible can you try to reinstall the plugin? Because looks like this file is missing to upload. I checked it’s there in plugin zip file. It will surely resolve the issue.

You may have another plugin impacting Gift voucher plugin, if possible please temporarily deactivate any OneDrive or additional admin login plugins. Please see the below screenshot. The error response coming instead of success page.

To create invoice are you using another plugin? And regarding order processing for now, voucher will only marked as used when the order status is completed. We will check other customer’s requirement and try to upgrade this in future updates.

Step 2: You re-active our plugin
Step 3: You save our settings plugins
