Step 1: You’re deactivate the plugin
Step 2: You try to delete the database table “giftvouchers_setting” and then activate our plugins. Next you try to update settings again.

Can you confirm if the voucher is correctly applying to checkout page? Also, if the customer is completing order correctly? As you said the order is still showing in processing status so, until the order isn’t completed the voucher will remains unused. If you complete the order then voucher will show the remaining balance.
If still not showing then please let us know. If possible you can provide us screenshot so, we can check and help you to resolve.

For your information, If the invoice created but unpaid bill, it will not be able to execute the coupon
If you have already received the payment from that invoice, please go to the backend choose “Mark as Paid”
If the voucher has been paid, please choose “Mark as Used”

If possible can you check with your client if they have received mail in spam or promotion folder? This could be happen because the email address you have set from plugin settings is not associated with the domain. If you add the domain associated email address then it will surely work.
Also, you can setup SMTP mailer plugin too. Let us know if you need any further help.

If the page is voucher-pdf-preview, then select PDF Voucher Viewer
If the page is / gift-item-pdf-preview, then select PDF Gift Item Viewer

Yes, but you need to restrict it per user role. To restrict this you can use the plugin like “Remove admin menu by user role” and allow specific menus for selected users.
