Thanks for reaching out to us. You need to install the “Members” plugin and grant “Manage Options” permission to that user role. And later if you want to remove menus then you can use “Remove admin menus by roles” plugin.

=> We tried using your image to create a new gift card. We then checked that when saving as a PDF, it still works fine. The length and width are always equal to A4 size. Sorry to say that we’re still not sure if you changed the plugin’s code or not. You can refer to the PDF creation code at include->wpgv_giftcard_pdf.php.

=>1. Please check in Setting Payment is correct or not.
=>2. Try using the “Change PDF Save Option” function to check if the information transferred to the PDF file is corrupted
=>3. Try Deactivate all plugins except Gift Card plugin, to check if any plugin conflict with our Gift Card plugin
