Hi,

Is there a way I can change the gift card size to be at least same height of an A4?

Now it fits like that:

It’s due to the size of the original file or it’s a plugin setting?

Thank you for your message,
=> We tried using your image to create a new gift card. We then checked that when saving as a PDF, it still works fine. The length and width are always equal to A4 size. Sorry to say that we’re still not sure if you changed the plugin’s code or not. You can refer to the PDF creation code at include->wpgv_giftcard_pdf.php.
If possible, please create a ticket on our site. We will check and find the reason of issues ,thanks!
