As your information,
1. Please deactivate all plugin to checking if any plugin is conflict with plugin Giftcard or not
2. The fuction to set the recipient email as optional, We dont develop this feature yet
3. We think that you should use a more popular Email
4. The fucntion of adding an extra “processing” fee,We dont develop this feature yet

=> 1.You have added the shortcode [wpgv_giftvoucher] to your Post and that’s why it’s not showing, please create a page and add that shortcode there.
2. The link you sent us does not exist (https://regenwomanmedical.com/gift-cards/”). I think this link is correct (https://regenwomanmedical.com/gift-cards/)
3. Gift card and Gift Voucher are 2 different functions, you can add new by:
– Gift Card: http://somup.com/crlQeU0kNq
– Gift Voucher: http://somup.com/crlQev0kNZ
