Thank you for your response. I followed the installation and configuration instructions given in the video and have created the default pages:

In following the video instructions, I do not believe it indicated to make a voucher template for gift cards (or I misunderstood). Currently, the only voucher template I have is the demo one that came with installation of the plugin.
The short code [wpgv_giftvoucher] is not showing on this page:https://regenmedicalclinic.com/voucher_template/regen-medical-gift-card/
Please advise if a voucher template needs to be created for git cards also, or where this code should be placed since the “add new gift card” and “edit gift card” does not indicate this. Also, btw, this same issue occurred on a sister website we first tried to test on: https://regenwomanmedical.com/gift-cards/

3. Gift card and Gift Voucher are 2 different functions, you can add new by:
