In reply to: [WooCommerce] Block: Reviews by Category not displaying correctly.Hi @justinnb! Thanks for reaching out to us!
It seems that you’re using a staging site, isn’t it?
Could you please share a copy of your Staging site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Also, just for testing purposes, can you add another Review by category block below that one, using the same category instead of changing it from uncategorized?
I hope to hear from you soon! All the best,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerse Plugin crash my siteHi @fadiadra, thanks for sharing more details with us!
This is likely caused by an issue with your DB.
I’d recommend checking your DB to add the Primary-ID and maybe set your tables to Auto Implement (A.I).
Here’s a good resource about it:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Taxes Not Being ChargedHi @tayloru95! Thanks for sharing more details!
The error stated above is related directly to your Theme (Triangle), you’ll need to reach out to your theme developer to ask for more details about fixing it.
Alternatively, you can double-check if the error exists on your staging site, also, can you share the System status report from your staging site? So we can double-check both.
Also, I went ahead and checked your site-link and added the zipcode for El Dorado Hills (CA) – 95762
This is what I see from here:

Could you share more details of what exactly should happen when using this zipcode?
I hope to hear from you soon!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] issues with the country field on checkoutHi @jawadasghar
I see! Thanks for confirming! As Mirko stated above, this is expected, since you’re not using custom codes to handle/modify it.
Can you try using a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/show-state-field-for-woocommerce/
To see if it works for you? Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Order Not ShowingHi @webbbiz
You’ll need to use the shortcode independent of the plugin to handle it! I accessed your site and it seems to be working now, isn’t it?
Can you confirm if everything is fine? If not, share more details and we’d love to take a closer look at it again!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] issues with the country field on checkoutHi @jawadasghar
Can you make a full conflict test on your staging site, as recommended by Juan above?
Also, are you using any custom code to deal with your billing_state field?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Warning: include_once(Hi @mez00o
Can you try to change your PHP version to 7.4.28 to see how it goes? The latest stable version of PHP is 8.1.4
If you’re still experiencing this error, would you mind checking if, by chance, your server is blocking the function putenv() on their side?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Bug on tabletHi @amdon
Are you using the Express Checkout option? If so, this looks like Google Pay. When you access your site using one of your devices with the wallet associated, it will show the Express Checkout option automatically.
You can read more about it here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Apple PAY button is not showingHi @pco_58
We may need to dig in a bit deeper, however, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
My very best,

Hi @stefansic
If you’re still having issues with that, to help get to the bottom of this we’re going to need a few more details.
– What version of the Stripe plugin are you currently using?
– What’s your country shop set?Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Encrypting WooCommerce DatabaseHi @djames1838 thanks for writing back!
I’d recommend checking out the links that Igor shared, however, AFAIK, all the information is serialized, sometimes it’s serialized and protected, so you’ll not be able to unserialize it from the DB.
Also, WordPress and also WooCommerce use hashes and nonces to prevent some URLs and forms misuse!
There was a great (and a bit old) discussion about it here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9262109/simplest-two-way-encryption-using-php
Our Security FAQ doc also can give you some direction about it:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] product data movesIf I understood you correctly, your widget changed the place where it used to be, is that correct?
I am sure it’s on your radar, but you can manage how your product page should look by dragging and dropping these widgets and/or by clicking on the up/down arrow at the top of each widget.
You can also click in front of the widget name and rearrange it to a new place!
Let me know if this is not exactly what you’re looking for! I hope it helps!
