Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tools and perform the following actions:
1. Update the database of the site.
2. Regenerate the product lookup tables.
3. Clear the transients.
Please give it a try and let me know if it helps!

Daniyal,
It worked just for couple of hours – filters shown.
After 3 hours ~ No updates made and filters disappear again.
What occuring this issue?
Hello,
Can you also go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools
, and regenerate the product attributes lookup table?
If the issue persists, please isolate the issue by temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching theme to Storefront. If those attributes come back in that environment, that means your theme or another plugin is causing the issue. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

My site came with exactly the same issue after updating WC to 6.3.1.
The “Filter Products by Attributes” filter disappeared from sidebar, other filter like YITH still work.
I followed above instructions and it’s now magically worked.
I will see if the issue still exist, thanks for the solution.

@maykato Thank you for your help.
I’ve disabled another filter plugin so now I hav only Woocommerce pluginץ
Although if it will work, I still need filter that I could show small images of the brand names (At the moment it’s not atrractive list of names and counter)

Hi,
Does this issue solved for you?
Hi @fbt123
Have you regenerated the product lookup table as mentioned by @maykato above?
You can perform that action by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and then clicking on the Regenerate from the product lookup table button.
Let us know how it goes!

Hi,
I am facing the same problem. I can’t get the attribute filter working on the website I’m working on. I have created different attributes with different default values and applied these to the products. I have created a widget for these attributes and loaded it onto the page but it doesn’t show. I have done all the resets as described above by Danyal and Maykato, but unfortunately without any result. What can be the reason en does anyone know how to solve this problem?
This is the webpage it concerns: https://www.aircoalaska.nl/maxicool/
The current theme I’m using is Divi. I have also tried other themes as well to check, like Storefront, but the attribute filter still does not show up.
I hope anyone can help.
