In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Checkout page pictures are too largeHi @meremuda, how’s it going today?
I am afraid that this is handled by your theme, which seems to be the Astra theme.
However, if you want to remove the image from your checkout, you can try this custom CSS, that I created for you:
/*remove img product from checkout*/ .cart_item .product-name img { display: none;}If it doesn’t work, I’d recommend checking it out directly with your theme developers, I am sure they can better assist you in this case!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce analytics not showiHi @abdusalamk
To help me diagnose it, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tracability of editors of productsHi @bakenoor1
At the moment, there is no way to track it natively, so as you mentioned, the best way to achieve this is using a plugin like this one:
https://publishpress.com/revisions/
It will give you the option to add revisions to your products before updating them.
Also, it would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
Let me know if you still have questions about it! My very best,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Downloads of digital products not completingHi @zwanlake
This topic seems to be resolved, so I’d suggest if you’re still experiencing issues with that, to create a new one!
However, I noticed that you’re using the Redirect Only method to serve your files. You may need to try changing it to Force Download.
You can do that by navigating through: WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce changes Shipping on CheckoutHi @florinschweiz, thanks for sharing more details with us!
When you check the Force shipping to the customer billing address, means that you don’t need your customers to enter a separate billing address, is that what you’re trying to do?
Also, I can see an issue coming from the Wallee plugin on your checkout page.
So, to help us diagnose it better, can you give a full conflict test a try, please?
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.
Since your site is live, I’d recommend doing the test above in a Staging site.
If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to change Woocommerce Dropdown widthHi @tyronty, how’s it going today?
Before we proceed, it’s important to keep in mind that this is a bit out of scope for us, since it’s handled by your theme.
However, you can make some tweaks on your sidebar area through your customizer:
WordPress DashBoard > Appearance > Customize > Sidebar, and then increase the % inside the Sidebar Widget at the bottom.

You can also try this CSS code that I prepared for you:
/* change width % of the sidebar*/ .elementor-column.elementor-col-33, .elementor-column[data-col="33"] { width: 50%; }You can adjust the
width:50%;to fit your needs! If everything fails, I’d recommend checking out directly with your theme developer, and I am pretty sure that they will be happy to check it out for you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment Can’t Be MadeHi @corbindoak
The JSON above seems to be fine! Regarding the error message, can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
I’d recommend using this tool to paste the screenshot and share the link with us, but feel free to use any other tool that you’re comfortable with!
Also, as Igor asked above, when you manually add the order, what is its status?
I hope to hear from you soon!

Have you figured it out? Adding the product name should fix it!
You can find more detailed information about handling downloadable products in the link below:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PayPal Standard inconsistent handling of shipping addressHi @6strings
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Also, enabling the “Address Override” option will prevent the checkout address from being changed at the PayPal end. It will affect express checkout and PayPal will strictly verify the address.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hide Product Prices From GoogleHi @jayzhenli
I am afraid that it doesn’t mean that Google re-indexed your site! That means that you successfully uploaded your site map on March 24!
According to their General Guidelines, crawling your site again can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
You can find more detailed information here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hide price only on product-category pagesHey @edmartin123
The Code Snippets plugin allows you to add snippets to your site rather than pasting them in the
functions.phpfile, write a brief description so you know what it does, and activate or deactivate these snippets as needed. That being said, you can:
1. Create a new Snippet (WordPress Dashboard > Snippets > Add new)
2. Add a name;
3. paste the code in the Code field.
4. Add a description (optional). And hit the Save Changes button! It’s all set!
You can find these instructions here too:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Multiple choice product builderHi @edmartin123! Thanks for sharing more details!
Just to clarify it a bit, the Grouped products option is a great way to indirectly market related or similar products to your customers, reminding them that they could buy them in a set if they want or individually.
You can associate with this grouped product an SKU, name, etc, and also when you check the order, you can see the products and other details specifying the purchase.
You’ll need to create a group of products for each set of products that you want to.
For example, let’s imagine that you’re selling car parts, you can show the whole car on the main product page but also list the parts individually, so customers can choose to buy the car or some parts separately.
In this scenario, you’ll need to create a group for each car that you’re selling, even if they use the same part like the same exhaust or tire/wheel!
I hope that helps, but if not, just let us know your questions, and we’ll be here to help you out!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Disable forced critical updatesHi @wallydavid
The critical updates are usually security patches, so we don’t recommend trying to circumvent those updates at all!
That being said, I am afraid that there isn’t a built-in option to prevent those updates to be installed, so I’d recommend visitting the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.
All the best!
