In reply to: [WooCommerce] Website CSV not exportingHi @rogersjoshua! Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us!
Everything seems fine on your side. I’d recommend installing a query monitor plugin to double-check what action is exhausting your server memory and returning an error 500.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
Another option is to analyze your server logs, you may need to reach out directly to your hosting company for that, and also, ask them to purge the cache on their side too.
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problem with Primary CategoryHi @azadbakhsh! Thanks for writing back!
I went ahead and checked your Music category which seems to be correct:
https://shopipersia.com/category/persian-books-store/music/
Since you mentioned that you have already cleared your site’s cache (not only from your browser), can you double-check if your hosting company doesn’t have any caching system on their side too?
If you’re still having issues with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Huge loading time (#metoo)Hi @morvy! How’s it going today?
Stripe triggers 3DS automatically if required by a regulatory mandate such as Strong Customer Authentication. You can also use Radar rules or the API to control when to prompt customers to complete 3DS authentication, deciding for each user based on the desired parameters.
Here’s how you can use the Radar rules in your Dashboard:
https://stripe.com/docs/payments/3d-secure#three-ds-radar
You can also manually request 3DS through the Stripe API!
That being said, it’s hard to say if it’s being triggered by the 3DS, but I’d love to take a closer look at it, however, I’m going to need a few more details about your site.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
A link to any of your pages that are making those requests is appreciated too! 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax disappears from order, after marking “Complete”Hi @jord8on thanks for sharing more details and also a video with us! 🙂
It looks like you’re using the WooCommerce In-Person payments feature, which requires an M2 Card reader.
Just as a side note and for folks that are reading this too:
WooCommerce In-Person Payments is available to qualified US merchants using iPhone, iPad, or Android devices for non-subscription-based products. Support for subscriptions and other countries are coming soon or planned for later this year.
If you don’t want to use it, you can disable it through your WooCommerce App > Settings > In-Person Payments.
You can also use (if it’s not enabled) the Local Pickup – Cash-on-delivery option, instead of using the In-Person payment!
You can read more about the In-Person Payments and how to get your M2 Card Reader here:
And here about the Cash on Delivery option:
https://woocommerce.com/document/cash-on-delivery/
Let me know how it goes!
My very best,
Hi @tharmann
That makes sense, and while we may not implement all suggestions, the discussion around them is what drives us to make great things.
If you’d like to start a conversation with us and the wider Stripe community around your ideas, I’d recommend sharing it on our public repo on GH!

Sounds good? See you there!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Make a variable product into multiple single productsHi @amandaa07! I’m happy to see you here!
I’m afraid that there isn’t a native way to do this, however, you can achieve it by using a plugin, like the ones below for example:
- https://woocommerce.com/products/products-by-attributes-variations-for-woocommerce/
Let me know if you have questions or if I can help you with anything else!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Specific plugin for Gift Cards/Vouchers/CouponsHi @nemoviz! Thanks for reaching out to us!
I believe that you’re looking for an extension like this one:
https://woocommerce.com/products/pdf-product-vouchers/
Isn’t it? This plugin lets you create and sell customizable vouchers for products such as tours, events, classes, or any goods/services that are purchased in your WooCommerce store. They can also be redeemed in person!
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce checkout cart not clearedHi @wgmark
I couldn’t reproduce the issue from my end, however, this is likely caused by a caching issue, since you mentioned that you don’t have any cache plugin on your side, would you mind checking with your hosting if they also don’t use any caching-system from their side too?
That being said, if you’re still having issues with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to edit “Hurry! only ??? left in stock.”To help get to the bottom of this we’re going to need a few more details about the theme you’re using, if you have any custom code that handles it, etc.
So, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
You can also double-check the steps to translate WooCommerce, however, if these strings are coming from another Plugin or theme you’ll need to check them too:

I hope to hear from you soon! My very best,
Hi Veronica, thanks for writing back!
Regarding your payout schedule, you can change it here:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/payouts
However, it’s important to keep in mind that certain countries have restrictions on payout schedules, you can check more details here:
https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#payout-schedule
Regarding the email not being sent, this should be something related to your WooCommerce and not with the Stripe plugin, however, before opening a ticket on the WooCommerce Forum . Can you give the steps below a try, please?
- Open up the WordPress dashboard. In the left-hand navigation, go to WooCommerce > Settings;
- Look to the tabs across the screen and click the Emails tab. Double-check if everything is correctly set and activated;
If everything looks fine, WooCommerce has an article that comes in handy when trying to troubleshoot email issues, you can take a look at it here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Search Results BugHi @nathan1776
This takes into account some very specific details about your server!
If you go to WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and search for the hook
wc_update_product_lookup_tablesit will show you the time taken to complete the action through WP-Cron!Let me know if that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Product Block/Template Issues…?Hi @kellybell85
It looks like the settings from your Google Pay Button are coming from the WooCommerce Square plugin, inheriting from your theme stylesheet.
You can make some tweaks on it by using a piece of CSS code like:
.wc-square-wallet-buttons { height: 25px; }The code above should go on your Customizer (WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > CSS)
Regarding your header, I can see that you’re using a Cover block (with a background) and also some custom CSS to add opacity and color.
What exactly are you trying to do with them?
I hope to hear from you soon!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product categories widget – hide specific categoryHi @martinus09
That’s correct! However, you may need to use the legacy Product category widget to make it work.
AFAIK, there’s no hook with the new Product Category widget.
So, you can install the Classic Widget plugin, and then try the codes above within that!
If it doesn’t work, you can visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] different shipping methods for different product categoriesHi @matteobaldini!
If I understood you correctly, you can achieve this by using an extension like this one:
https://woocommerce.com/products/table-rate-shipping/
With this extension, you’ll be able to define multiple shipping rates based on some conditions like weight, stock, location, etc.
Let us know how it goes! My very best,
