As you mentioned earlier, you are getting a 500 error. Usually this error is logged to the error log file with some extra information about the error.
Do you have access to the error log file? If yes, can you please post the error that is being logged there?

The feed migration happens when cron is triggered. Can you check if your WordPress cron is working correctly?

About the free account: At this moment, there are no limits, so you can import as many feed as you want.

Go to wp-admin page, then Settings -> Permalinks. Click on “Save changes” and see if the problem persists.

Can you please try to update to the latest version (2.3.10) and see if CSV import is working for you now?
You don’t have to upgrade CSV import feeds plugin, just the All in one event calendar core plugin.

Can you please check if your PHP installation has the “iconv” extension enabled?
I set up some environments here and the one that gave me that error was the one without “iconv” extension enabled.
