Hi all.
Right now we aren’t charging any extra and you can still import as many feed as you want.
Thanks!
Hi rcsclibrary and burghaeuser!
The Import Feeds feature uses WP cron system to migrate and fetch events. Can you check if WP cron is running properly in your sites?
Thanks!
Hi darkmatter661!
I think there is some problem in the installed theme. When I try to export the events, I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_bbpress() in /home/utopiast/public_html/hartindiansfootball.com/wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/class-avada-template.php on line 136

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Delay in ICS refresh?Hi atkoehler!
Here are the answers for your questions:
1) No, you don’t have to refresh it manually. There is a WP cron job that will fetch events every hour;
2) Yes, there is delay in our API. Right now it may take up to an hour to have it updated in our API, but we are working on this to improve the delay time.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Event times are off 4 hoursHi drbond100!
It’s good to know that it worked for you.
And yes, I found out that Google and Facebook are using UTC time format in the ICS file, so I just had to make our API understand that.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Event times are off 4 hoursHi drbond100!
I’m sorry for the issues you are having. I’ve just deployed a fix to our API. Can you try refreshing the feed and see if it’s all right now?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Plugin error stops me accessing WordPressHi davecujopi!
Can you please try uninstalling the plugin and installing it again?
Just a note: When you uninstall the plugin, it removes all all-in-one-event-calendar settings and all-in-one-event-calendar events from your database.
Hi seerdekens!
I was looking your calendar and I saw that the event’s date is June 11st, and not July 11st ( http://www.svk-oh.be/activiteit/ruth-in-memoriam-4/?instance_id=145 ). As the event date already passed, it won’t show in the Agenda view. In the month view, I can see it only on June. So looks like correct to me.
About the internal server error, can you try to get the error log file and paste here the error?
Thanks!
Hi 5tu!
I’m marking this topic as resolved as per our email conversation.
Thanks!
Hi cbhtcomputers!
Great news.
Thanks!
Hi Billan!
I checked some configuration on our side, found a problem and fixed that. Can you try refreshing the feed again?
By the way, can you check if your WordPress cron is running correctly? I’ve just checked the server and saw that the last feed refresh requested by your calendar was made 9 hours ago.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] PHP 7Hi pready!
Thanks for pointing out this error. We already fixed it and we will be releasing a new version soon.
Hi Billan!
I checked your ICS file, imported and I can see the gaps on June 2016, but they are all right as I can see the exception dates in the EXDATE rule. (I checked the Tonny Penna & Friends event and Timmy Maia Performs a Vocal Tribute to the Greatest Jazz Singers event)
Can you tell me on which day and which event should show but isn’t?
Thanks!
Hi cbhtcomputers!
Splitting data into two lines is not the problem, and I’ve tested here and looks good.
I’ve imported the ICS and the “Choir Rehearsal” event showed on all Wednesdays (until the end of the year) except on these days:
2016-06-22
2016-07-13
2016-07-20
2016-08-10
2016-08-17
2016-11-30But I noticed something: When I first downloaded the ICS file (after you posted it), it didn’t have the EXDATE rule. I downloaded the ICS file again and the EXDATE rule is there.
Can you try refreshing the feed and see if you still have problems related to recurrence?
@esmi: I totally understand that. Thanks for the warning!
