I’m sorry that you are having issues with the feeds feature. If possible, I would like you to send your calendar URL to data@time.ly so we can check what is going on and try to sort it out. Looks like it is some problem on our side and we are willing to fix it as soon as possible.
About the import feeds features, it is a free feature and you can import as many feeds as you want.

About the import feeds feature: It’s a free feature and there are no limits for free users. You just have to sign in and you will be able to use it.

In your import feeds tab, can you check if this option: “Convert event’s date/time to calendar’s timezone” is checked? If yes, try unchecking it and see if it’s all right.

Starting June 22, 2016, Google began asking for an API key when using Google Maps.
We will add a setting that will let you input your API key and we should release an update tomorrow.
Meanwhile, here are the instructions to get an API key: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key#get-an-api-key
