In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Event feeds & Time.ly network sign-inLarry_D: I’ve sent an email 6 days ago but didn’t hear back, so I will consider as solved.
Albertein: Looks like the subscription thing is solved too, but we are still dealing with another issue in the e-mail.
Hi tracy apps!
It may take 5 minutes after the sign up for the subscriptions to be synced with your calendar.
Can you please send your calendar URL to data@time.ly so we can check if there is something wrong with your subscriptions on our side?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Calendar feeds not updating correctlyHi all.
About the feed refresh, it may take some time to refresh on the API side (up to 1 hour) and we are working to improve it.
Then, the feeds are refreshed every hour on the calendar side (as defined in the WP cron jobs – the hook name is ai1ec_cron).
At this moment, summing up, it can take up to 2 hours to have all feeds refresh correctly.
Thanks!

Hi all!
Usually when the “Your feeds will be migrated at the next scheduled refresh” doesn’t go away, is because there is some problem with the WP cron, which may not be working properly. Using any WP cron tasks manager, please check if “ai1ec_cron” hook is scheduled to run every hour. This hook is installed automatically when installing the plugin.
The first thing that has to be checked is if WP cron is running.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Event feeds & Time.ly network sign-inHi grayco and alberstein.
The subscription problem is an issue on our side and I’ve already fixed it. You should be able to see the feature activated now, otherwise, please allow up to 5 minutes so the subscriptions can be synced to your calendar.
Thanks!
Hi cbhtcomputers!
I’ve already fixed it and we plan to release it next week.
Thanks!
Hi echolon8!
Can you please ask your provider to send you the full raw error log? Segmentation fault error usually happens when there is something wrong with the server.
After getting the log, please send the log to data@time.ly
Thanks!
Hi tadpolegraphics!
I’ve checked your feed subscriptions and all looks good. Both feeds are being refreshed correctly, but it may take up to 1 hour for the feed to be refreshed on our API, so maybe this is the issue you are experiencing.
You can send the screenshot to data@time.ly
Thanks!
Hi comedix!
Now I understood the problem and looks like it’s some bug in Google Calendar (many people have the same problem with different calendar sources).
On the left side of Google Calendar you will find “Other calendars”. Just choose the option “Add by URL”.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Import Feed ErrorHi berlinwebmaster!
I checked your calendar feeds subscriptions and all looks good. If you have any WP cron manager installed, can you please check if there is a hook named “ai1ec_cron”? If yes, please check if it’s scheduled to run every hour. If the hook doesn’t exist, please add it to run every hour.
Thanks!
Hi tadpolegraphics!
I’ve forced a refresh on our side now. Can you please refresh the feeds manually and check if everything is ok now?
Thanks!
Hi Tapirik!
Can you please check if the feeds are all updated and working now? We made some changes on our API two days ago.
Thanks!
