Let me try to understand.. When you try to access “http://at.umw.edu” you get the Pantheon 404 error? Or you receive that error when you access some other URL?

I’m sorry that you had problem when switching web servers. The problem shouldn’t happen at all. Can you please ask your hosting company to provide some information about the hosting environment?
Some questions are:
Which OS and version are they running?
Which nginx version are they running?
Are they using PHP or HHVM? And which version?And any other information that your hosting company finds relevant.

Starting with 2.3.8, we are including the translations in the plugin zip file, so the only thing you should do is to make sure Czech is your default language in your WordPress settings.

About losing the translation: When updating the plugin, WordPress replaces the whole plugin directory, that’s why you lost the German translation.
I’m changing the packaging procedure of our plugin to include all translations we have, so you shouldn’t have this problem in the next plugin release.
