In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Sitewide Elementor Page?Hello @word290,
Thank you for contacting our support!
You can customize your sitewide login form via WordPress Customizer.
To do that, simply navigate to Appearance > Customize > PPWP Sitewide Login Form under your admin dashboard.
The Password Protection (PPWP) element is used to protect content sections, not the entire site.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Can I delete the freelance developer account?Hi rawan2021,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
First, “As a rule of thumb, you need to manually delete these users to reduce inactive accounts and limit security risks in the future.”
- This article talk about a freelance developer should have temporary access to your site to do the tasks. It will be security risks if they have the access to your site when they no longer work with you, right?
- Which mean, you will need to delete a freelance developer account once finishing tasks or stopping working with your company to reduce inactive accounts and limit security risks in the future.
Second, “Once you delete a user, all their work or content will be removed too. So you should remember to attribute their content to another user.”
- When you delete your developer account for the security of your site, the content they’ve done will be deleted.
- That’s why you should remember to attribute their content to another account\user before delete it so that all their work or content won’t be removed.

In reply to: [PPWP - Password Protect Pages] Elementor widget missing?Hello @jphansenmobilrepair,
Thank you for contacting our support!
There could be a conflict somewhere, please try clearing out the cache and cookies from your browser. Sometimes the cache (where your browser or app stores images and other data) can be corrupted or outdated. We recommend clearing or deleting it.
We also recommend trying the steps in the Basic Troubleshooting guide and let us know if that does not help resolve the issue.
