In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Reviews table convert 2.8 => 3.0.1Version 3.0.2 has been released. If you have the missing / duplicate review issue, go to the “Tools” tab on the plugin settings page to resolve.
For those willing to try 3.0 again, please do so. If for some reason it does not work for you ( with the reimport-2x fix ), you can always follow the same steps to go back to 2.x

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] You did not pass our human detection check. Code 6,0Version 3.0.2 has been released which should resolve the original reported issue AND works with old and new versions of jQuery.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] You did not pass our human detection check. Code 6,0You can go back to the previous version ( sticky topic on this forum ) or submit a ticket and I can take a look through your files to see where the older version of jQuery is coming from. Use the Bug Report link on the plugin settings “About” page.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] You did not pass our human detection check. Code 6,0@ozziestrand – Something on your site is including an ancient version of jQuery (1.3.2) that doesn’t support modern event binding. You’ll need to make sure the theme/site is using at least jQuery 1.7.2 to be compatible with the plugin.
It actually appears that 1.11 (very new) and (1.3.2) are both being included on the page. See if you can find and remove whatever is including 1.3.2 and you should be good to go.
If you search your theme/plugin files for “jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js” , you should find the culprit and can temporarily remove it to see if that resolves your issue.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] v3.0 – enable on all postsYou could submit a feature request @ https://competelab.fogbugz.com/default.asp?pg=pgPublicEdit
From a search result standpoint, it doesn’t really make sense because you have to manually fill out a bit of information on each page ( business / product info ) and that can’t automatically be done on every post.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] What to do if you lost your reviewsSubmit a ticket @ https://competelab.fogbugz.com/default.asp?pg=pgPublicEdit and state your issue. I’ll send anybody who does so a link to beta test 3.0.2 and make sure it fixes your issue before it goes out to everybody.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] WP Customer Reviews Not Working@luckychingi – Version 3.0.2 includes a method for forcing migration to happen. This was supposed to be done automatically when upgrading, but it did not complete for some users. The latest version should resolve the problem and put everything in the proper place.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Removed rich snippets after updating@andrew Laws – Submit a bug ticket. The link for our ticketing system is on the plugin settings “About” page. I’ll need to do some more checking, but it seems something weird is going on if reviews are output on the page, but Google claims no structured data is present – because the review HTML is structured data.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] WP Customer Reviews Submit Button not WorkingYou’ll need to provide the link where this is happening. You can submit the bug report to our ticketing system. The link for that is on the plugin settings “About” page.
